This has been quite the game changer for anyone that experiences nausea. We were introduced to this oil during an aerial yoga class, 20 minutes in, the motion from switching positions and swinging was making Jessica quite sick. When she mentioned it to the teacher she gave her this peppermint oil, within a few minutes Jessica was feeling better and was able to continue. Since that day we use peppermint oil to balance any nausea caused by motion, including aerial yoga, pole dancing and long car rides :) We love this product so much that we wanted to share it with all of you.   • Reduce Nausea  This is a great way to help balance out spin pole dizzy spells. We suggest your start with a tiny bit if you are going to ingest it. The peppermint is a bit strong and you do not need a lot to feel it working. A medical study found that peppermint oil reduces nausea that is induced by chemotherapy better than standard medical treatments. Simply adding a drop of peppermint oil to water, or rubbing 1-2 drops behind your ears, or even diffusing it can help to reduce nausea.
